Shipping policy
After you place your order, we allow 1-2 business days for your order to be carefully packed and ready for shipping. Please note that the cut-off time for orders is 11 PM Amsterdam time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number so you can track your package. Defective and/or wrong product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport or that the wrong product is delivered. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot make a refund. If it arrives defective the second time? Then pay we will refund your full purchase price.
Lost package / returned package ?
In case a packet is lost or not has been delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Delivery during not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off is at a post office has Mystique-fashion the costs incurred to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and its we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive back.
Cancellation of placed orders
Our orders are immediately put into the processing process, so cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
