Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and meet all conditions outlined below.
• Returns for buyer’s remorse (change of mind) are accepted if all conditions are met.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at info@mystique-fashion.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues:
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchanges:
To exchange, return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process it.

Non-Returnable Items:
Free/promotional items cannot be returned or refunded. If approved, store credit may be issued instead.
