1. Which countries are served and what are the shipping costs?

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and shipping is free. After purchase, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
 

2. How long does it take to process and deliver orders?

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday. The expected delivery time is 6-12 working days.

 

3. What is the return policy and which items are excluded from return?

You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with labels and in their original packaging. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

 

4. How can I arrange a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer service team at info@mystique-fashion.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and, if applicable, a shipping label.

 

5. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

6. What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item

Please check your order upon delivery. If the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange a return, replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
