Shipping policy

After you place your order, we allow 1-2 business days for your order to be carefully packed and ready for shipping. Please note that the cut-off time for orders is 11 PM Amsterdam time.

Here's a detailed breakdown of average shipping times by location after your order has been processed:

  • United Kingdom
    • 6-12 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your package. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team at info@mystique-fashion.com who will be happy to assist you.

 

Defective and/or wrong product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport or that the wrong product is delivered. In this case, we will always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.

 

Lost package / returned package?
In case a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy. 

 

Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Mystique-fashion has incurred the costs of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive back.

 

Cancellation of placed orders
Our orders are immediately put into the processing process, so cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
